| Description: |
This is a CTF map created to scale based on U.S. Geologic Survey data from Yosemite National Park with some artistic license taken. Two bases are separated by a line of turrets controlled by a command tower. The valley is mostly flat and wide and good for vehicular action. |

The terrain is nothing short of amazing... and the gameplay is great, too! This map easily deserves an A+

Big Beautyful Map! I love it. But where is the command circut? I got a black screen. And this map does support bots even though it says NO. They have no AI what so ever. Snipers will love it!

I gotta give this an A+ because I gave Maroon Bells an A+, faulting it only for gameplay, which this map features. The objective is well thought-out, well designed, and well located. As ChAo$ said, climbing the cliff should be more difficult in vehicles but blame T2's (lack of a) physics model. Great fun.

Fastest way to scale that cliff is in a grav tank or grav cycle. Funny how T2's physics work!

I found everything that you need but
you never said you had to buy the elevation models. Unless I'm wrong....oh well. It's your thing I'm not doing it. Cool map anyway!!! Keep it up.

It took me a long time to figure out HOW to make these terrains. I have a large library of downloaded USGS digital elevation models and can incorporate one into a map pretty quickly. The hard part is deciding which one to use and then getting the edges to look good. I wrote down the recipe in one of the forums. You can search for it and try it yourself. I am hoping more people with more scripting skills than me will use this technique to make some neat maps.

Looks like another great map from Captian Radium, these terrains are awsome. I was also impressed by how well the terrain was blended together, despite its non-fractal origin. I also liked the creativity employed with the cliff-side objective. Overall this map rocks.
