| Description: |
Glacier is a rather small map for some intense fast paced action. Each base has its own pair of turrets and each have four inventory stations. The generators and sensors are located in small bunkers away from the main pad. Vehicle stations are also present. A few of the vehicles have been removed from this map such as the scout flyer and the bomber because they make the two bases seem a lot closer to each other than they really are. The MPB is also removed due to the fact that you start on islands. |

| Grade: A | Submitted by: Lathrose - 02/16/2002 06:02 4760 | | I like it. |
| Grade: B | Submitted by: outtrigger - 06/30/2001 02:06 1124 | | it is a really highly detailed and beautiful map. And what is concerning me is WHY THE HELL DIDN'T YOU PUT BOT SUPPORT? I can't even find anyone playing it on the net so I just had to go solo and wander around the map doing nothing but flying(killing myself too). But I have to say it is cool with the fog and you can ride freestyle on a hoverbike and get big air! |

| Grade: A | Submitted by: Burn14 - 06/19/2001 04:06 910 | | This map rules plane and simple. Great map from anywhere from 10vs10 and up. Though its a shame its client side, not many people will get to play such a great map. |

| Grade: B+ | Submitted by: UltimaX - 05/11/2001 09:05 255 | | Ya know what would be cool? An underground map. |
| Grade: B+ | Submitted by: Star - 05/05/2001 06:05 122 | | I really like the layout of this map. I esp like the canyons and deep water so you can hide under the water until you reach your target. I also like the open flag since that is my thing. Overall great design. |
| Grade: C+ | Submitted by: Mathias - 05/03/2001 01:05 83 | | Though the terrain is very well done and the fog on the water is a cool touch, i wouldn't want to play this map online at all. The bases are way off balance, at least use the same building for the flag stand. I can see how bombers would be a bit unpractical, but why deny us the ability to fly around in shrikes? I'd love to dive through the deep crevaces of the glacier. Would be cool to have some tunnels in the ice, or an underground base. The storm base is also pretty wide open while the inferno base has but one entrance and its a deep water filled canyon, making the only real feasible way in on vehicles. |
| Grade: B- | Submitted by: Zaccix - 05/02/2001 12:05 65 | | Upon loading this map and using the vehicle station I thought "hang on, no air vehicles!" So I chose a gravbike and found out why. This map is a blast to ride around in.
I like the fact that the bases are not the same. Glacier is very wide open, although there are some chokepoints. You'll need a good D on this one.

| Grade: B+ | Submitted by: v5planet - 04/29/2001 08:04 37 | | Pretty cool map. I love the terrain - it's damn spiffy. The base complex seems a bit lacking and unbalanced, but other than that, it's a great map. |
| Grade: C+ | Submitted by: Doug Welch - 04/29/2001 06:04 32 | | I've played better
This may be the most popular map right now, but this level just doesn't fit my style. |
