This is my first Siege map, so be gentle :) the map is quite large and there is a lot of eyecandy on this map, vehicles are mandatory on this map because of its size, visibility is clear and long distance. Snipers should love this map |

Some might ding this because of the penetrable offensive base which is why I gave it an A. I'm not sure how others would feel but with four generators to destroy I'd remove the defensive sides repair packs....if they lose all four of them they should get a chance to come back on-line. |

| Grade: A | Submitted by: TseTse - 06/03/2001 05:06 666 | | WOW. Absolutely beautiful map and terrain structure. Simple siege concepts at play in a winter wonderland. With the growing number of siege maps, and the new siege mappers group, maps like this should get more server admin to think about supporting the client-side maps. I had some slight texture weirdness around the attacker's base (against the big moutain in the middle). However, my computer sucks, so, who knows. The terrain right around the perimeter of the base provides for so much cloak and dagger stuff. Likewise, with some determination, you can drive tanks and MPB up and around the moutains to the objective! Bravo. I'm sure there are more issues that I didn't spot right away, but the structures are standard. What makes this map an A is its overall balance, beauty, and simplicity. |
