Review:
No Shelter is potentially a fast paced map that demonstrates intense action and lots of excitement for any veteran Tribes player. Yet despite its fun its not without its problems and could have used some more adjustments before being considered as a competition map for the TWL.

The atmosphere is an eerie, dark night with a snow covered landscape. With the terrain comprised of medium hills and steep slopes, hair raising speeds should take little effort to obtain. The base's are positioned about 1500m from one another with the flags held by small, open towers to the front of each base. Guarding the proximity of the flag is a rocket turret and a forward sensor. Each side also has easy access to a vehicle pad that in a way helps and hurts the gameplay of this map depending on how you like your game.

For a pub, the gameplay on the map can be very fun. Chaos usually reigns near the flagstands. My complaint with the map mainly lies in its use as a tournament map for game competition. The flight ceiling for the vehicles is way too high being 535m. This makes it easy to abuse with out of sight bombers shelling the opposing base and v-pad. Cappers can easily turtle in a shrike and fly out of reach above in the dark skies being vulnerable only to other shrikes.

I believe this map could have easily been just as fun without the inclusion of vehicles and by having the bases positioned more closely. As it stands, a capper from a shrike could easily hit the flag and be home in two jumps making it a little bit too fast paced for me. Its still a very good map aside from this matter but needs some adjustments before I will consider it a worthy TWL map.
