| Gaming Background: | Lemme see. Started with computer games (Paratrooper, Qbert, etc then Descent, Doom). My first non-PC game was Link’s Awakening for GameBoy. I bought T1 when I got broadband (a little before T2 was released) then traded my T1 CD for T2 with a friend (my CD was never returned, go figure.) Anyhow, played under his account for a few months, caved and bought it for myself. Played CTF for a while then discovered Siege on the old GeeZers Siege server, later on the pond. After my Siege team broke up, I moved into some heavy CTF competition: 14 man, 10 man, Spawn, 7 man, BEML, you name it. Played for a number of teams, most notably Second Nature, Eightball and Team Riven. Also Killswitch, Halfassed (both Spawn), Wookiees of War (BEML), Catholic Schoolgirls (Team Gauntlet), and “co-lead” Ultima Thule (Power Ladder) and Team Origins (10 man and Spawn.) After T2 “died,” did closed-beta testing for T:V thanks to Alingis. Played for Tantrum until we eventually dropped due to lack of a patch and competition (when a team that never plays save for matches can hit top 5 and have a 6-1 or so record, the game isn’t all that interesting.) T2 started to re-grow, so competing with Eightball still and just started rebuilding a new Siege ladder! |
